Bidrage med feedbackI’ve been coming here for years and so far everything I’ve ordered on the menu has been delicious. They have a big smoker in the back for their BBQ and you can smell it as you drive by. They have a variety of options from chicken, ribs, burgers, sandwiches, soups and a ton of sides. They have outdoor seating which is a plus when you have socal weather and a good drink menu with happy hour. Their service is also great. Your greeted right as you walk in, attentive servers and Food comes out in a timely manor. If you haven’t given this place a shot i recommend you take the leap and dive. You won’t be disappointed. Service and food quality has declined immensely with the new ownership. They need to hire more servers and work on the quality of food. Chicken and tri tip were poor quality and not hot.
Had Great Service! Had the Fried Zucchini and the Fish and Chips both were fantastic!
I know my user name is a bit ridiculous, but this is my first time around Glendora and many people recommended this restaurant called Frisella’s. I was immediately meet by kind servers and helpers. The impression of the furniture really reminded me of the old timey type days. I sat down and I can definitely tell that the owner put a lot of effort into the menus, but anyway I ordered an Olympic burger and fries and WOW did they impress. The burger was massive and definitely tasty and the fries were crispy and salted well. The servers there were exponentially nice. This is definitely a restaurant that local tourists should try. Will definitely come back!
Screenshots included at the end I applied for a position in the back of the house as a prep cook line cook and was told that I would be given close to full time hours. Mind you, this is after I explained to her that I’m trying to work to save for a car, go back to school, pay rent etc. .. The hiring process, or lack thereof, (considering I’m jobless from no fault of my own) was unprofessional and felt improvised. She asked for my availability, I provided it for her, she asked me for my food handlers certification, I sent it; I was told at the end of the week (after working a couple days) that I’d receive a schedule for the following week. This all happened around Memorial Day. Instead of a schedule I got what I would presume to be some type of severance check that she said was for my “training”. When I enquired as to when I’d get my schedule or why she didn’t send it to me when she said she would, her reply was something to the effect that “My kids just got out of school and so I won’t be available to train you how I want to”. This process has been emotionally exhausting and draining, being gaslighted lied to by an employer about training, hours, and scheduling is wild to me. A large part of me does wonder if it has to do with me being black, considering Glendoras demographic and the fact that I wasn’t given any explanation as to why I couldn’t come back to work, essentially ignored, and written off. I don’t expect anything to come as a result from me sharing this, but I did want share my story so that both the customers and those potentially seeking employment at this establishment can know see the type of business Owner they’re spending their time money with.
