Bidrage med feedbackThe hand rolls were incredibly disappointing. They're very small and come in three plastic wraps. You'll have to make the rolls yourself too. So you're looking at lots of plastic waste, even if you're eating here. Also, they put the wasabi and ginger in the same tiny container with the wasabi popped right on top. When I told them it was weird that I spent 25 bucks on three tiny rolls in plastic they argued with me. 0/10 would not recommend eating here.
Please RETRAIN your employees. My fiance got the Bushi Soul Red in spicy. We asked the cashier if it was very spicy. She said no. When we received our order his ramen was STRAIGHT CHILI OIL. When my fiance was throwing away our trash from our meals he over heard the workers saying they added extra oil to his ramen because we did not tip.Every time we go places to eat we do not tip until after. We understand how it is in the food service industry. We work in it. I never liked these kiosks because why would I tip if you're doing the bare minimum? We have one good experience here out of three experiences. The last time we were here the ramen was lukewarm. That's also why we waited to tip. But no tip for you, Alexander. Not sure if that's the name of the girl at the counter.JINYA PLEASE DO BETTER.Also jokes on you. He enjoyed it.
So I 've only been here once and got the combo to share with my bf since I wasn 't that hungry. He chose the spicy chicken ramen, and I got the shrimp tempura handroll. It came with 3 pieces of fried chicken which were fried to my liking...*crispy*That being said, my review is purely on the handroll. It was that AMAZING to me. Not crazy about the price per roll and wish they had a deal for them, but, I would buy like 5+ of these if I had the money to do it lol.Ramen was okay to me, loved the noodle texture/consistency. Bf said he wished the noodles were fatter but I liked them.
Came here the other day and order Bushi Soul Red and Black. It was decent but not really anything special. The Chashu was really small and the portions were smaller in general. I did like that the ramen was actually spicy and that (for Bushi Soul Red) the noodles were nice and thick which is always a plus. My partner got the Bushi Soul Black and the noodles were thin.
Got the Pork Chashu Bun and it was fire! The bun itself I could have ate alone. The pork was so tasty so it went well together.
