Bidrage med feedbackI have never got a bad experience till now, I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and when I got there the pizza was burnt the staff told me that they where going to remake it and when it was done it was not even a Buffalo chicken pizza
My father bought pizza for me and all three came out burnt we will never give this location business
This dominos isn’t great. I ordered 2, 2 topping large pizza here. The pepperoni and sausage one came out good but the chicken and beef one came out horrible with little to no beef or chicken and not much cheese or robust tomato sauce. It was missing all types of stuff. Other dominos locations have prepared these pizzas better.Pros: quick service, two pizza’s were done in 15 min.Cons: the quality wasn’t great on one of them. They fail to be consistent.
I actually read reviews before ordering from this Domino 's last night and decided to ignore them. When I found, through my own experience, that the posts were accurate, I had to leave my comments here for future consumers.I got food poisoning from my pizza. The following evening, when I called the general manager, Abigail, she told me that in order to get a refund, I had to bring the leftover pizza back to the store so that the lab could test it.I thought the policy to be a bit unsanitary, but I got out of bed, sick and all, to comply. When I got there, she asked me for my phone number and went to get my cash without even looking at the food that I had to find in my trash can at home. When I realized the refund was short $1.00, she told me that she wasn 't going to give me the money back for the ranch that I bought.After a very rude exchange, which included me threatening to call corporate offices, she gave me the additional dollar. For me, it 's the principle. It 's one thing to get food poisoning, but another to be hassled by the business while you 're sick from their product.I will be following up on my complaint Monday morning with her superiors. I am a new homeowner in this community and this is my neighborhood Domino 's. I would like to continue getting my pizza from here with better service and safer food handling practices in place.
I ordered (2) 2 topping medium for 6.99 early plus a soda. When it was delivered the driver had forgotten the soda good thing I had asked for extra robust sauce and they were dry. BTW the driver was really helpful and nice. Upon return I told him about it. He said to call and they would fix it now or credit for later. I had him snap a pic.Again helpful. I chose credit as it was now midnight. I was not told I would have to pay the fees 5.99 delivery chrg again or I would have chose different. The GENERAL MANAGER lied to me. She said because it a a new driver I had to pay it. Now wait doesn't it specifically say not a tip. Its for insurance etc. But she made it out that it would be free if the guy was working but alas he's not. She gave me corpNumber I sat on the phone tree for 17 minutes. No one helped. I truly wish they would have explained from the beginning and then not lied to me. Ive ordered since and used the credit only because it was a larger order. The for nothing but a hungry night and a $6 just to make it worse fee.
