Carolyn was so sweet, she spoke clearly and gave a good first impression of the facility. their general friendliness and cheerful demeanor made my day.

I called to check on my order and the person who answered was rude. Then said I am sorry we didnt get your order and hung up. WOW.

Terrible drive thru experience. After waiting a very long time to order, Lady handling initial greet is extremely rude and confrontational. Girl who actually took my order was very nice. Feel bad for the crew that have to work with this lady and her toxic attitude. Could see it on all their faces that were around her. Really too bad, frequented this location pretty regularly, but won't again. SMH

Kinda disappointed in this location. I ordered the summer strawberry salad with ranch vs vinegrette. My salad had the entire core of the bread of lettuce and she tried to tell me they had a Ceasar ranch. Wait, what?!?! No, it was Cesar dressing. Not what I wanted. So, she gave me a few of their dipping ranch containers. Ugh!

This isn't a great wendys. Been here multiple times and my order was either wrong or an item was forgotten and we had to go back and no voucher or anything was offered. They will also charge you for the wrong order and they take forever to take your order when no one is in line. They need an overhaul on their employees
