The male employee with glasses made a great job during a rush of customers. Sadly, the female employee came with short hair and glasses with a replica, practically snapping on him because nothing was done. I used to be manager and know that it is impossible to prep while you have a great line of customers when your only person on layer. She needs a reality check.
