Shako Mako Grill - Glendale

The food is average. The price is ridiculously high for average food. The staff is rude and the pay attention when you walk in. And you can try to get their attention but they ignore you.

Ordered delivery and only got half of my order and the half I did get was horrible my tenders and fries were burnt and looked like they were cooked in old greese the slaw was extreamly blan and there 2 sides of sauce were just oil filled cups then when I tried to call to try and have it resolved they gave me attitude and the run around then hung up on so when I tried the next day it was even worst with the run around about any type of management or person in charge then when the one guy finally tried to claim he was gave more horrible customer service with a negative attitude and told me to leave and kinda threatened me by saying he would step outside to handle me and all he said was for me to do this post a review so he doesn't care what i have to say and doesn't care that others will read this so I would extremely highly not recommend any ever going there after what I had to experience.

We live in the East Valley but every time we're on that side of town we go there for years it's been outstanding today the meat and the pita were just a little bit dryFood: 4/5

I feel robbed. The chicken wings are trashhhh and taste like Dyson chicken.The fries are bad too, they're dry with nasty flavor/texture. I also got a gyro that wasn't the worst but definitely not worth ordering again. I spent about $25 for everything mentioned and I wish I ate cereal instead.

We stood there for about 5 mins before they even noticed we were there. I got the Kafta and it was ok the meat was kinda dry but the gyros were good. Disappointed in how small they were escpecially for the price I paid for all the food. Overall the food was good.
