Pizza Hut - Glendale

The pizza came fast, very hot and delicious; all the weeks!

The detroit style pizza was amazing. eating this pizza hat is always good, even if the ambiente is not the biggest. it's out.

They have made my whole order wrong. I didn't want to go back so far that we just ate it. but children were disappointed. but I paid $50 for her to get it wrong.

I ordered breadsticks, 4 sodas, and I used my points to order a medium 2 topping pizza. I placed my order at 11:12 pm and the confirmation page said that I would receive my order 20 mins later, I waited 43 mins, at which time, I received a call from an employee informing me that my order would be cancelled due to no delivery drivers being available. I'm pretty sure they knew that there weren't any drivers at the time my order was placed!! Who waits until 5 mins before close to call and inform a customer about the cancellation of their order? They could've contacted me as soon as I placed the order! At least that way, I would've had time to place an order elsewhere. I'm so furious right now because I have to go to bed hungry and angry. I also used my points, so I BETTER get those points back! As a loyal customer for over 10 years, This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Not to mention that I was in accident today so my vehicle is not drivable. Therefore, I can't even drive anywhere to get food. Ugh.
