Phila-deli - Glendale

My husband opted for the 12-inch cheesesteak. His only feedback was that the sandwich was a bit juicy, but since he prefers to eat his sandwiches with a fork and knife, it wasn't an issue for him. He did suggest that others might want to request extra napkins. We've tried cheesesteaks from some competitors, but they were just too greasy for our taste. Even when we ordered a gluten-free option elsewhere, it didn’t compare to today’s lettuce wrap sandwich. We're looking forward to returning to sample some of their other sandwiches, although we might just end up ordering this one again since it was so delicious!

I went back and tried the cheesesteak with extra provolone, mayo, sweet peppers, and hot peppers, and it was hands down the best cheesesteak I’ve had in years! I highly recommend it!

Really good food and friendly service! I had the OMG Philly and fries. Philly was amazing. Nice soft bread stuffed full with steak down to the last bite! Fries were excellent as well!

Small Ma and Pops sandwich shop serving a wide variety of Philly cheese steak sandwiches and hoagies if you like your sandwich cold. When I say wide variety I mean it. You can customize your Philly if you want. I got the Korean Philly. OMG, it was great. I lived in Korea for a couple of years and learned to love their cuisine. The Korean Philly came with the Korean bBQ sauce (bulgogi) to flavor the thin sliced beef... But, for me, the best part was the kimchi also placed on the sandwich. I was transported back to Korea. I will get that philly again for sure. They have bulgogi fries that I will have to try next time.8 to 10 tables for eating in. Nice atmosphere but nothing wild or weird. Clean. I can recommend this shop for a very good lunch.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian hoagie on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into the restaurant. Handicap ramps on the sidewalk.

I've been here a few times, and I've had a great experience each visit. The food is great, the fries are awesome. Best cheesesteak I've had in this part of town.
