Love You Latte - Glendale

First time visiting, last time. Giving two stars, because the food wasn't bad, minus my frozen hash brown, but the customer service was horrible.We were really excited to try this place, we even brought grandpa. They do not offer any menus at all, and grandpa does not have a cell phone, and none of the staff were helpful or accommodating. For this reason it took us 20 minutes to figure out what to order, as he could not see the menu on my small cell phone screen. I signed up for the rewards, but when I went to pay, I was told that I can't get rewards for my order because I paid cash. Then I was told that it's not because I paid cash, but the rewards only work if you order for delivery. Interesting that's not what the website says.The server brought out our meals with his cell phone in his hand. The same hand he was holding the plate with, so his cell phone touched the food. SO GROSS! We felt very unwelcome, and very uncomfortable. I wanted to walk out before ordering, but grandpa insisted we stay. French toast was brought to us with no syrup. We had no idea there was syrup, and other supplies in a self-serve area. When one of the staff came to collect our plates, he asked us how everything was. I showed him the frozen hash brown, and he looked confused, and just said sorry, as he took it away. The staff here falls short, significantly, and it's very obvious they don't give a rats I'm honestly surprised it's rated so well.

Our first time here and it was not a disappointment whatsoever. The butterfly lemonade my wife ordered was amazing!!! Just by the drink I knew the food was going to be great as well.My wife ordered the California chicken salad and it was fresh and amazing! I ordered the short rib burrito, and it's was so delicious. The potatoes were seasoned well and the eggs were to light and fluffy. The French toast we shared was amazing as well. Can't complain about one thing. If you're looking for a great place to have brunch, this spot won't disappoint you

The people that work here are truly helpful and cute. It makes the vibe here so nice, I love their salmon bagel and salmon and avo toast. Had a great experience. the interior is cute too.
