Jax Fish House Oyster Glendale

The oysters were brilliant, the rest of my meal was nothing to inspire. not sure we're back.

We were able to book Jax for New Year's eve dinner at the last minute so didn't know what to expect. We ended up loving the food and the service by Zack! I had the blacked catfish and my wife had the salmon and both were delicious! I highly recommend the traditional garlic and butter muscles for an appetizer.

Food was imaginative and well prepared but cold by the time it arrived.

Our server was great, I think his name was Ethane. He was great.

A nice happy hour, holiday music, food… but a slightly uncomfortable moment during service.
