Jax Fish House Oyster Bar Restaurant

I visited this restaurant two weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. Our server was not attentive at all and we had to repeatedly ask for her attention. She was absent most of the time, didn't refill our water, didn't check if we wanted more food or drinks after ordering appetizers, and kept the menus. It was clear that the server did not want to be there. Despite being willing to spend more, we were put off by her attitude. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I would never treat my guests with such disrespect. I will not be returning to this restaurant. On a positive note, the oysters were good.

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Although we didn't have the chance to sit on the rooftop, we will definitely return in the summer. The happy hour deals are fantastic, especially if you enjoy oysters. Our server Caroline was amazing too.
