Granville Glendale

We have booked 10 people in the night at 19 o'clock when we are there and they do not have my reservation. I showed my open confirmation of the booking and they arranged terrace seats for us. Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes with children and oldest.

This restaurant is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of The Americana. Wonderful service and very good quality food. I highly recommend it.

They would not honor our reservation..said honor walk-ins first so there is no need to bother making reservations ???? Finally,(after a 25 minute wait,even with reservations, we were sat a horrible table right amongst all the standing,waiting,hovering other patrons.We just got up and moved.Waiter spilled creamer all over our table,used our napkins to clean it up and then didnt bring us new ones.Weird and unapologetic atmosphere here Nobody cared at all.Bummer..I used to love this place Worst part...it was our anniversary and we used a gift certificate that was a present to us from my folks.

I've visited Granville twice and both times our entire party was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. Great vegan options as well! Service was a little slow on this visit (they did seem very busy), but it was still a nice meal and would definitely return.

Only complaint was we had to leave our stroller up at the front of the restaurant
