The younger blonde girl was pretty rude. The older man and lady were nice though. Wouldn?t come back if the young blonde girl is working. There was no reason to be rude while taking me and the next gentleman?s order. The food was pretty good though, wouldbe nice if we had the option to toast our subs, wouldn?t know bcuz the blonde girl seemed to want to just be left alone and nothelp a first time customer.

I went to go order my husband a birthday cake but after going home abd trying out the samples with my family ,we decided go not want any of their cakes because they all tested like water. So I called back 1 day later and they toldme I can not get a fullrefund beacse I called too late abd they charge me 50% becasue of the 2MINUTES it took to take my order , so I told them I wanta full refund but the owner was yelling, being inco siderate abd cussing me out ,which should NOT be ahpw somone talks to acostumer ! Dont ever go to this place AGAIN!!!

The pastries are absolutely delicious! The location is great—quiet and situated in a business area. However, the customer service could use some improvement.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I ordered the swan cream puffs and mini fruit tarts, both of which were delicious. The custom cake I had was decent—it was a bit sweet and had fruits in the middle. The coconut slice was tasty as well.

This bakery offers the most delicious cakes, pastries, and freshly baked breads. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and my most recent purchase was an eggless cake with strawberry mousse that was incredibly moist and tasty. It's true that the younger staff at the front may lack some customer service skills, but I'm still giving them a 5-star rating because you truly get an authentic "European" experience, complete with a bit of rudeness! Just come with a little patience, and you'll be fine.
