Bomb my family and I go here all the time its very clean and the food is very good and on time service

What are the best chicken tortilla soup so I had in the whole valley! Perfect temperature, perfect meat and vegetables balance. I think that had a better taste than anyone I had in the valley.

In El Pollo Loco haven't eaten for years. I usually make my own food. They do a great job on their chicken. The workers were polite and fast.

The El Pollo Loco at Bethany Home Road and 43rd Ave. has great food! I've been eating at this location for the past 6 yrs. and my food and service has always been excellent!!

That's the worst restaurant I've ever tried to eat. I guess the food is okay. Generally, I really like EPL, but this crew has done everything possible to convince me never to protect the chain again. The waiting staff is flippant and raw. I was overloaded after the booked prices because the staff claimed the prices had changed and they did not have the new posters or menus. Lately they waited until they collected my money to tell me that the soda fountain was fine, and they had no soft drinks and I had to choose a non-carbonic juice. I chose a refund instead. It took 15 minutes and no, I wouldn't move forward and wait. I'm not going to fall for this trick, although I was stupid enough to risk another visit after so many mistakes. I've been trying to buy food here four times since I moved into the area a year ago, and every attempt was an unmitigated catastrophe that was exacerbated by the freaking attitude and the raw behavior of the uncultivated creatures that work here.
