Domino's Pizza - Glendale

I ordered a pizza at 9:53, and it was delivered at 10:47. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold, though it still tasted good. I called at 10:30 to check on my order because the tracker hadn't been updated and had been stuck for 11 minutes. In total, I waited an hour and 41 minutes for delivery. I'm not impressed, especially considering I paid a $5 delivery fee for a late, cold pizza.

I ordered a pizza with huh and jalapeños no cheese as allergic to my cream. have I been getting? on the pizza I called dominos back, they said back pizza and they send a driver and give them new. after 1 hour and 20 minutes I called her back, after a few minutes they hang up the phone, I called again, I waited for the phone for 10 minutes noone picked up, I called for the 3rd once waited a few minutes noone answer phone. bad customer service? not happy with domino is very disappointed by my order.

On Wednesday evening I gave an order for my grand adrien to get pizzas, brot turns a drink for his lunch today (Friday), thought it would be a great idea to preorder his lunch for him his friend. bad idea. He let me know at 12:35 that his lunch was not yet there. they would think that the knowledge of an order already in the system for 12:30 delivery would be ready at least at this time! so disappointing to call them, they said it was still 10 minutes away! the school is about 3 miles away. ah! I am so angry that he got it right away before he went back to class! no time to eat it! terrible service for a preorder! I order dominos all the time because my family loves it, but it was the first time for this place.

Won 't be going back there,Won 't be ordering pizza from there, andWon 't be recommending this place to anyone.I ordered a pizza and when I got it was not what I ordered. I called and let them know what had happened and it was made poorly. Just BAD ? . I called to let them know, so they said when ever I 'm ready just call up there and I wouldn 't have to pay for it. I thought that was good at least their willing to make it right. But that wasn 't the case here. They never stood by the Domino 's word. I never got the pizza they owed me. And to make Bad , worse they weren 't friendly, courteous or helpful. Instead they were rude, mean and sarcastic. So ? down for you Domino 's ?????????????From an unhappy customerLeticia

So i placed an order at this location around 9:20 PM07/6/2022and it showed Joshua Prep the Order, right around 9:43 PMi went to the store and there was a black lady asked my name she couldn't find it then looked at the order I'm not sure if she still find the order or not she just came with its not even started it will take more than 15 more minute. Then i explained about my wait and i had to be at work in 10 min she came up with I CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER???? When i try to ask ask her why did she even take the order if she don't have time to prepare it, She just turn her back and said she don't wanna talk to me. I'm going to Call the Cops if you don't leave the store that's what she said to me. I can't believe that's a store manager come up with this anger and so disrespectful.FYI I'm a Veteran no one needed to be treated this way. Hopefully she get fired to be lesson for others for being rude
