Woodgrain Pizzeria - Glen Ellyn

I was so excited to finally find a chicagoland pizza with a light and airy crust. the delivery was 20 minutes too late, but to be fair, the doordash driver kept me totally in the loop and apologised. apparently the entrance was closed and the line was long. That's not, but. That's good. no care. it's what it is. I was very excited to try this pizza. I am originally from pittsburgh, where this type of crust is what makes the torte and I have delivered these pizzas also 5 years in my earlier days. it looked amazing on the surface. I bite and was like. whaat? (see photos)Sssooo bad. so disappointing.

I called to command you. She said 15 minutes. I came in 30 minutes. I paid and waited 25-30 minutes. then he gave me my 2 pizzas, probably sitting in the back, and they also sat so long that it didn't taste when we came home. the veggies got soggy etc.

Great pizza! I think it's the best in the western boys! I wish they would open one on the 95th st in naperville!

They have changed prices. it is 6.99 for the cake fromd 1.00 for each topping. such a simple torte is not a poor one and a bit cost. I can see the size of the cake. .25 per topping or even pushing it 50 but 1.00 it is much too much.
