Went to Stathis with two other couples and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. We all enjoyed the food very much, the lamb was very tender.the appetisers were also very good. The food was fresh and tasty. The only downfall was that the wine list was very short. The waitress was very apologetic. Apart from that it was great.

A casual dinner at the suggestion of my brother to visit Stathis in Malvern.Rather quiet for a Friday night but road works in Glenferrie Rd may have kept many diners away.The food was super fresh and very delicious. I had the special of whole King George Whiting which was perfectly cooked.I would definitely recommend this casual BYO Greek restaurant and look forward to a return visit.

Stathis has the feel of a traditional family run Greek Taverna. The food is fresh reliable and you will find all the expected Greek favourites - plus a few specials. Service is friendly and efficient and the wine list is reasonable - with a few interesting Greek varietals. Great bread and dips and the mixed platters for 2 are great value.

Five of us dined here recently and enjoyed the food very much. We shared entrees, mains and desserts and all were very good. The service was good. It is byo for wine so that helps with the cost when dining out. We would eat here again.
