The morning staff is usually very fast and friendly. But the noon staff gets so slow. I only had a 15 min break and it took almost the entire brake to get one icecream. The staff should focus on the customers that actually bothered to come in to the store over the online pick ups. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered through mcdelivery and received a notification my order arrived 30 minutes ahead of time went to check and the food was nowhere to be found. After calling support they said the driver did not leave a photo and they could not reach the driver. They refunded the money spent but I lost 14000 points before the refund I asked if they could just resend the order and they told me no and that I had to remake the order through the same service. Ended up having to pay the difference as I didn’t have enough points. Very disappointed with this service. The quality control for drivers must be terrible given the fact they couldn’t even reach their driver and provided no follow-up.
