54th Street Scratch Grill Bar Restaurant

We had Kaitlyn as our waitress, it was horrible. Had no silverware. She was not nice. I ordered a sirloin medium rare and got a nasty slab of meat. My husband ordered ribs and they were gross as well. When I asked for a manager he went to talk to Kaitlyn about the food and she said we ate it all. I DID NOT! I had 2 bites…. That’s all!

Had tater kegs and a smashburger. Food was excellent.

Had the filet mignon which came with a salad and a vegetable. I choose Ceasar salad, (not good choice) and asparagus. The steak was PERFECT! Asparagus was well seasoned and tasty. I did not like the salad, some might, just wasn't for me. I never complained about it since it was made correctly but the waitress noticed that I didn't touch it and went on her own to talk to a manager and they went above and beyond to make sure I was still satisfied. This has been one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. My wife ordered the **** cakes, boy those are a treat and a pasta that she devoured. Can't possibly recommend enough, it is a bit pricey but well worth the cost.

Cooks forgot to make my rattle snake pasta and closed the kitchen. Waiter told me after my whole party was served already which is very unprofessional. I would never come to this location again

What can I say? I love this place. Service is usually good to very good. The bartenders are usually excellent if you are there for a drink. The food is very good to excellent every time. Can't complain about the place at all.
