Panera Bread - Glen Burnie

I can’t say enough good things about this Panera location! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Some of them even remember my order by heart! They are always patient and greet me with a smile. Panera, you have an amazing team here!

I have the steak and cheese sandwich and the French onion soup. No one tasted good. I ate half the sandwich and my husband took the other half for lunch and called me to say how terrible it tasted. I was never satisfied with the Glen Burnie site. My favorite was the one in Hanover, MD and they closed this place. Not sure why, because it always seemed busy. Very disappointed.

Overall great Panera. Service depends on which manager is there. Most of the time everything is great, other times employees might not acknowledge you, or not have orders in the pickup location even though they're ready. Occasionally custom orders are wrong, but the manager always fixes the issue professionally.

Good but not as good. In general, this location keeps the same good quality of the food as others locations. But, my often complaint is the cold coffee, it looks like they don't care about keeping fresh coffee available.

I got this for my meal and was told that this was ? full?! The grilled cheese macaroni sandwich was literally frozen cold right from the counter. Customer service is terrible. My sons bread bowl was more empty then full. Paid 40 dollars for horrible customer service at a Panera bread! Please due better! This was the Panera bread on Richie highway in Glen burnie md.
