Auntie Anne's - Glen Burnie

We went to this restaurant to place an order, and our experience was very disappointing. My daughter had straws thrown at her, and they forgot one of the sauces. When I went back inside to retrieve the sauce, the employee acted as if I wasn't even there just a few minutes earlier and charged me for the sauce, despite my original request. She was quite rude to both me and my 6-year-old daughter, as well as to another employee who needed assistance.

They wrapped my pretzel dogs in napkins, which made it difficult for me to take them off. When I asked for additional napkins to use for my hands, they said no.

I had a disappointing experience with my pretzel at this restaurant. The staff excessively sprinkled garlic powder on it, which was far too much for my liking. When I opened the package, it spilled everywhere and got onto my clothes. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back inside since I had to head home, and I live an hour and a half away from this location. I also tried to reach the Aspen Dental nearby, but they never answered their phone—just a Verizon recording about mailbox numbers. I paid over $3 for that pretzel, and I am not happy about it. Just a heads-up, when I come back for my next dental appointment, I'll be stopping by, and I won't be holding back my frustrations!

Terrible customer service. Every time my girlfriend and I visit this stand, the employees are unfriendly and dismissive. I've asked them multiple times if they have certain items, and they just say no and walk away. Don’t even think about requesting something simple, like extra salt on the only type of pretzel they offer (and this is in the middle of the day, mind you).

I attempted to order a cold soda, but they didn't have any available. I ended up spending $1.80 on a small sweet tea, only to find it was warm when I took a sip. I asked for a refund, but the staff member refused. After some back and forth, during which he claimed he didn't speak English, he said he would add ice to it. Unfortunately, it was still warm when I received it. I decided to take it and leave.
