Horrible Internet Wi-Fi kept going out in the rooms

We love the Homestead and the beautiful scenery. As they continue to make adjustments and renovate I believe it can become a 5* experience but its not quite there yet. The rooms need updated A/C as we specifically chose a room with a/c because we booked on a very hot weekend (90s) and it struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. There was zero coffee or sugar for the coffee maker, no ice, and no water in the South Village rooms so just be aware you need to plan ahead and bring everything you want to use.The hours of the on site restaurants/storefronts are inaccurate and ever changing making it hard to know what to expect. The pools fill up quickly leaving not enough space for all guests but overall, we still had a great time and the people who WORK there are incredible and friendly. We would come back again in the future.

We stayed at the Homestead for a wedding and we were extremely impressed by the service and overall amenities. It was very family friendly surrounded by a beautiful setting. I hope to come back.

Our favorite place to stay . We love Hawksnest, nestled in the woods. Great trails, shops, food all around. The condo experience is perfect. Nice kitchen, living space, windows all around, screened in porch.

I've seen rooms that need upgrades, and I've seen perfect rooms. The views and wildlife in the area never dissapoint!
