Thank you to this awesome team! Not only do you whip up delicious Cold Brew you also came to the rescue when my car died at the pick up window. Thank you to Noodles Mary and team for being good Samaritans, keeping it light, finding the world's largest screw driver (how?! and helping me take care of business. I'll see you when business brings me back to Richmond.

This is one of the 2 locations close to my work and I always make sure to come to this one regardless of the time of the day. They also started opening at 4:30am most days which saved me quite a few times.Staff is nice and friendly during all shifts and honestly their energy even through the drive thru makes my day.

I’m not usually up and moving at 7:30am, but the peppy service here helped get my day going! Both the girl who took my order and the guy who took my payment were genuinely glad to be at work and serving people this morning! Keep up the great work the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while you really stood out!

This location is one of my all time favorites weekend places for coffee. I enjoyed the Caramel Creme Brulee today. It is my favorite holiday coffee. The service, coffee, and food is always great. This is my place favorite place to start the weekend morning.
