Rapid Pizza - Glen Allen

Overall, solid spot. Our go to here is the Rapid Pasta. We sub out the ham for sausage. The burger is also excellent here but you have to get it all the way to really bask in the flavors. That includes bacon.

OMG you have to have a very casual pizza here. It's amazing. Don't put you're fancy clothes on, bring anyone you want to impress but not look like your impressing. From the outside you might think this is some wanna be Pizza Hut. Once you get in you will be over whelmed by the home cooked pizzas and friendly environment. Even when they are slammed busy, you are part of the family. They are hidden behind a north side village and surrounded by first time business's, a church and Adult activity center. You will never find it unless your looking for it. You need to look for it. Oh did I mention..... you need to find it. It's a bucket list Resteraunt! No need to thank me, but you will want to.

This place doesn't look like much but the pizza is very good. We stopped in for dinner. The place was empty but we went ahead and stayed. We got the deluxe pizza. There were several take out orders while we were there so maybe the bulk of their business is to go. Anyway I would definitely get pizza here again

Ok we were regular customers and probably changing for good and will stop recommending them. The last 3 times we have ordered we are told 45min to 1hour and I call at hour and half mark or just late by 45 min on average now. Just made another order today friday March 4th 22 and was told 45min to a hour. It 's a about a hour and half no food, so I call and they tell me it was their fault food hasn 't left yet and that it will be another 35min tell it gets there. Couple min past and guy calls me back to say he didn 't write down my address and promptly asked for it again. The really bad thing is he says it 's his fault but doesn 't offer a solution or to discount anything for his fault , this place is starting to have some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

Ordered food at 6:14 and got an estimated time of delivery between 7-7:15pm…..at 8:10pm food was still not delivered even after I called at 7:22pm and was told he was “on the way”….not the first time but definitely the last time I ever order from Rapid. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait 2 hours for food when I live less than 5 miles from there restaurant.
