Though our server tried to be attentive, he was simply too stretched. Staffing appeared to be too lean. Also, we could not use our gift card for the gratuity, which I think it just weird. I had to pay the gratuity in cash or use another card. Also, there are no choices on basic things such as the bread for sandwiches (it was marbled rye only on our day) and no cocktail sauce was available for seafood/fish menu items. Overall, the food quality and lack of seemingly basic choices are unacceptable in light of Hondo's premium prices.

Definitely not worth the high prices are not at all commensurate with the quality of the food. Inflation does not equate to the exorbitant prices. If this wasn't such a special occasion would not return.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great food, great service.

Hondos’s anniversary promotion is extraordinarily generous. My wife and I had a really good dinner by using it about a week ago. Excellent food, service, atmosphere, and value. We will be back!

A fantastic anniversary celebration. Jeff, the waiter was superb. He went out of his way to make our evening special. He made fantastic recommendations for wine and food. We were seated in a quiet room with a fireplace all very romantic. Hondos is definitely on our return list.. the food was outstanding as well as the service .
