I love this place the boss has a little boy niko and we are friends and neighbors with pizza shop

We have ordered from here before and it was good. Today we ordered over $60 worth of food including a dozen of wings. The wings were so undercooked. They were so gummy and anyone could tell they were undercooked. We called in to tell them about this and the young woman on the phone put me on hold to ask the owner. She got back on the phone and said the owner said they are time cooked and theres nothing they can do. No refund, no credit, no discount. That it terrible customer service in my opinion. The wings were tossed in the garbage and we wont be back to this place again. I know places are short staffed and all but thats not how you treat customers.

Their food is excellent...Prices are really reasonable...

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed a delivery order and was told it would take 60 minutes, but it ended up taking two hours and I still hadn't received my food. When I called the restaurant to inquire, the manager was incredibly rude and told me that delivery was a privilege, not a right. I was just trying to find out when my food would arrive and was being respectful, but they were dismissive and disrespectful. I will never be returning to this restaurant due to the way I was treated and their subpar customer service. I can't even comment on the food because I never received it. Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered from this place for the first time and was very disappointed. I can't believe I wasted $16 on fries that were undercooked and unappetizing, and a cheeseburger that looked like it was meant for a child.
