Kfc - Glasgow City

This restaurant and Just Eat are a complete disappointment. I ordered boneless chicken fillets but received chicken on the bone instead. The portion of chips was only half full and a sauce was missing. When I called to ask for a remake, I was told they couldn't do it. The employees I spoke to were nice, but I was shocked at how careless they were in packing my order without checking it. They had my order details and address, so there was no excuse for not giving me a correct order. I will never dine here or use Just Eat again. This experience was a huge letdown.

The batter on the chops was soggy and greasy, with a floppy texture and the gravy was runny. It was nothing like the quality you would expect from KFC. It was so disappointing that we didn't even bother driving back to complain, we just threw it all in the bin.

I don't typically eat takeout, but while staying at the Premier Inn, I decided to order KFC. The ordering process on the app was simple and the food was surprisingly delicious. I opted for a solo bucket meal with a side of spicy wings and popcorn chicken, as well as a chocolate sundae. The food arrived hot and well-prepared. I enjoyed this experience, even though it was a one-time thing.

Manky! The member of staff who physical handled our food had just returned from emptying the bin in the seating area and did not wash his hands he literally walked back from typing up a dirty bin bag ungloved to begging the counter handling chicken without washing his hands. I sent an email to KFC about this which also included images of the disgusting state of the floor in this restaurant but they did not care less and did not even respond which is the usual for a franchise, I’d definitely avoid this place as the feanchiesee is hiring cheap labour possibly illegal labour in my genuine observation.

I enjoyed a quick visit with my son en route to a football match at Hampden. Tasty chicken and chips. Great value. Probably not the best choice too often but nice for a wee change.
