Chellos - Glasgow City

Just phoned order in to collect got told 15 minutes so arrived 15 minutes later and burger still hadn't been put on grill so he then decides to throw it in the deep fat fryer for quickness telling me the only other customer in the shop phoned in before me this place used to b good but has went right downhill as far as I'm concerned would not recommend

Not good at all, and hygiene definitely not a priority as is shown after their last inspection from the council (improvement required) wish i would have read before ordering, complaint submitted to the Councils hygiene department.

Charged a disabled woman 16.60 for a kebab wrap and chips when complaint was made the manager said hed tell everybody she was drunk and refused to give his name. Receipts and recordings of conversation were kept as proof!!! DISCUSTING.. food was rotten and undercooked and looked mouldy

Walked passed this shop again a few hours after buying my son chips from here, was greeted by the sight of the man who served me washing his feet in the sinks. I therefore got up close and sneakily took a photo of this devious act. The shop was close to closing time and they thought nobody would see them doing this. Magic grills was much better and fresher. 1/10 wont be coming back.

Used to have the best donner kebab meat ever but unfortunately they've changed it for a cheaper one don't go anymore. Very disappointing Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
