Food has been fresh good and hot each time I’ve ordered here

Lately no matter what time we have gone the food is cold.

July 2024 edit: I no longer will go here, as my most recent visit also had the worst quality food; since I arrived that day about 11am I figured that the food would be fresh, but it was the opposite! The food (I go for the chicken dishes) was so tough that I would swear that it was all leftovers from the day before, it was that bad. In the past, I had some good visits, some bad visits, but the trend has been downward for the food quality. My last visit was the worst, and I just can't pay good money for terrible-quality food anymore; I always dine-in so the food will be as warm and fresh as possible, but that doesn't help here. I'm done with Lin's New Century Buffet. (Original older review) I have been here two or three times and each time the food was good, but this last time was not quite as pleasing. Also, like most buffets nowadays, the selection is very limited. The staff was very pleasant and efficient, my drink was refreshed very frequently which is important to me.

This is one of the best chinese buffets I have ever been to! The food was really good! I tried the sushi (phenomenal), sautéed mushrooms, lo mein, and cheese rangoons. The drinks were really good too and were kept filled up. Oh, and they have ice cream!
