Pre booked a table for 3 for 6pm sunday 1st dec. When we arrived there were only 4 customers having a meal, yet they did not have a table set for us. When we got settled we ordered steak pie and mash. Disgusting..The dinner plates were cold and the mash was died up and cold. The steak was presented in a small dish about an inch deep and 4 inch round. The steak which there was so little of was so tough it was impossible to eat. The desert was easy enough, cheesecake..I ordered a coffee, when it arrived I had to go up to the bar and ask for sugar. A dish arrived with only white sugar. White sugar in coffee.UckAnyway we get back home and there is a call on the answering machine from ciaobella asking when we were coming for our meal. when I phoned They said that we had booked a table for 6 people. I told them that they phoned us while we were in the restaurant.no more ciabella for us thank you very much !!!!

Good food, friendly atmosphere. Well worth a visit. Thoughly enjoyed the experience

This is the next restaurant for me in burnside and it is a cracker. I am here several times and always enjoyed it, great that I can go home after a walk.
