Chatime - Glasgow

I ordered through the Chatime app, bought a few drinks for me and my colleagues, one of the plastic cup split in half the cup itself split, not the plastic seal. see photos attached) when we put the straw in and the tea leaked everywhere. I complained through the App, they ignored me for months I also found another victim online, she complained through the app email Facebook instagram yet she was ignored for months), I then complained to their Facebook page, they finally replied after ignoring me for another month, and told me they would not refund that drink because no one else had the same incident I highly doubt it, since they never read the complaints from their app anyway, how would they know there’s no other complaints if they’ve never read the complaints I frequently buy bubble teas and now I have swapped to a different bubble tea chain, I strongly suggest that everyone should avoid Chatime since they would blame the customers whenever there’s a problem with their own products’ quality; their customer service team takes months to get back to you and refuses to take responsibilities when they really should How pathetic does one international company needs to be to even refuse refunding one drink out of so many drinks that I’ve purchased? Shame on you. I regret buying drinks from you in the past few years and I will never visit you again.

Pretty confused with their opening times, seems to be open only when they feel like opening. On most days there is a be back in minutes' sign in front of the door with no one in the store. Sometimes there is someone in the store during so-called opening hours but the door is locked It's a shame because I do like their bubble tea

I love the bubble tea, that’s when they are actually open. The last time I went it was a Tuesday and it was shut for the full day even though there was a sign on the door saying “ be back in minutes “. Very bad customer service and disappointed today again because I have phoned over times now to make sure they are open but no answer.

I love this store and their brown sugar roasted milk teas, providing that they are actually open to sell them at all. I pass by here a couple of times everyday and they are closed more often than they are open. I get that this may be a franchised run store but with the actual rent prices in that part of sauchiehall st being sky high i'm suprised they can stay open at all seeing as they are shut more than they are open Shame as their bubble tea's are amazing
