Subway - Gladstone

I frequently order takeout from this restaurant, mostly online these days. I can't fault their customer service; it's always friendly, and they tend to be quite busy. However, when I place an online order, it’s typically ready on time. Just a heads-up: it can get a bit chaotic at times.

Whenever I order online, my food is always ready, and my family enjoys it. Thank you for the great service, and the staff is friendly and nice!

The restaurant offers fresh ingredients at generally great prices. The service is friendly, but due to the large number of customers, the staff faced significant pressure to serve quickly, resulting in longer wait times. However, they all worked hard to provide their best service.

The subs at a nice and made with some of the female employees need some more customer service skills. But one of the male employees is super friendly and welcoming.

Always friendly staff and pretty efficient. Don't like some of the menu changes but as long as they don't remove any items, I'm okay with it. My partner is very happy that there’s now Feta apart of the cheese range. Thanks.
