We had a fabulous lunch. We celebrated birthdays over lunch today and enjoyed a roast beef sundae along with delicious cheesecake and coffee. Then, I ordered chicken and hash browns to go for supper tonight. If you havent tried Spanky's lightly breaded chicken and homemade hash browns, you need to! Absolutely delicious!!

As always, they never fail to impress with their fried chicken and wonderful hospitality. We celebrate our family Christmas and many other gatherings there, and we always leave feeling full and happy.

The grilled tenderloin with brisket was incredible. I added Swiss cheese and mushrooms, and they complemented the dish perfectly. The cheese curds were genuinely impressive!
