Very highly recommended (and a hyper demanding person tells you). Professional, kind and qualified staff. I organized a little surprise party for my friend toast to her 25 years and Paola (the coordinator) followed me flawlessly throughout the organization of recent days. Mario (responsible of room), instead, was very kind and made so that everything was perfect both during the cutting of the cake and at the table during the consumption. The most appreciated thing was the versatility in the choice of the event: I was not forced to book a single consummation for each invited bottle of sparkling wine as unfortunately happens often in other bars. I could safely book cake and bottle but I could also bring the cake from outside and simply pay the service to the table apart, avoiding other annoying and useless constraints. In short, there is really a solution for every need: from the default packages to the most personalized choices, the staff guides customers and content them with a quality service at a great price. I make a last bracket on the cake: delicious and above all aesthetically realized exactly as I wanted it for the birthday! I'm so happy, I couldn't ask for better. It's a nice place.... The black waiter with glasses that my friends and I met this morning is a standard professional waiter. He knows what he's doing and it works perfectly. She always smiles, she looks so smart, dressed very well and has a very pleasant smell. He responds with respect and was perfect in taking orders. Even cocktails were perfect... We will definitely come back again...

I've been in this bar on Saturday, but I've been seeing him for years. I could say it's the only place I go. Everything is perfect. Starting from the reception, there is always a person at the door that welcomes you and accompanies you to the table, even the door opens. The waiters who take super friendly and prepared orders. The service is fast, I love their simplicity and care in decorating the single dessert you take. Their drinks are an experience, whatever you ask are prepared and they have everything, I taste all kinds of drinks and they never made a mistake. Their strong point is the cocktails, if you want to drink something excellent, only here you can go. Everything of high quality and freshness and feels! The aperitif is very good and hazelnuts and chips are served in monodose sachets, which I like very much because it is super hygienic. There is also the kitchen line that is delicious, I always take the spicy chicken rags, they are the best I have ever eaten. They have a care of cleaning that I have never found anywhere, starting from the tables, counter and especially the bathrooms, it is nice the idea of using empty bottles as perfumers. The prices for me are right, for the quality they offer is also little. Addirittura carry the account inside a carrier, very professional. If the bars were starred, the Crystal would be one of them.
