We were here looking for a new place and we were really good. I really liked the staging, cared for in detail, as well as the union of various goats. all great and kind and fast service. average prices

Brass is one of those premises that, as the professors say, “has so much potential, but it does not engage”. the location is very nice and also quite careful: the interiors are new, the seats are very comfortable and the tables are spaced just inside and outside. the service is good, but a little slow. I break a spear in favor of the owner, who has been courteous even when there were some problems of communication at the time of the order given the unbearable noisy noise coming from the table next to ours. one of the problems is represented by customers: there is a slice of “normal” clientele and another of the fauna of the area that, alas, does not know how to behave in a restaurant. the fries were discreet, but I would recommend to slightly raise the price and add some extra fried pieces, to vary. the pizzas were very good: the dough was light, quite fragrant, and the well balanced condiments. If you are looking for a pizza with “canotto” cornice, you are off the road: the cornice is high, but of small size, as in the typical Neapolitan pizza. selection of very limited beers; I don't know about wine. the value for money is in line with the other pizzerias in the area. you can park outside the premises. I'd recommend it all, maybe not on the weekend.
