Ikea - Giltbrook

We went yesterday. The last couple of times we 've been have been disappointing. Very little choice, dirty tables etc. Today we asked for vegetarian meatballs. As soon as we bit into them we felt sick. We 'd been given the ordinary meatballs. I took them straight back to the girl who served us and told her. To which she said oh. who served you? She did! And it was less than 5 minutes ago. Half hearted apology and replaced meal. We will definitely not be going again. Awful.

I am a regular visitor. Last year noticed dramatic food quality decline. First visit in 2023 very disappointing portions smaller price’s higher, limited choice of simplified dishes, and a horrible taste of watery coffee. The quality of food is pretty low, food choices and variety has gone and today's dinner looked and tasted like a pig food. What have you been doing IKEA? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
