Do not let the other reviews scare you. This is a good place to stop and they have plenty of truck parking when I stop here. They are about to redesign the place and look beautiful.
My first experience in this store was many years ago. It has changed over time. It lost the diner I would like to visit. It was the next restaurant to the house especially when the back roads are under water, many people who live near it stop there for breakfast lunch or dinner on a regular basis seven days a week. I can't wait until they get it back. But I remember that over 5 years ago, the current owner Runga was new to the states and began as a cashier. They redesigned a place for him a small apartment to live there in the store and he was there day and night. He's got the place now. And I see he's got a new protege that he's helping as much as it seems. His name is Sudan, like the country in North Africa. I often this place so much or more than any branch in the city, although sometimes gas can be a little higher or cigarettes can be a few more. But because of the people who are still there. Regardless of everything I've been through, I know they've seen over the years, they still smile at me every day I come in. Help to support this place so that they might get back the diner and with a little more business perhaps the prices will fall a little more and it will be a little more beautiful and cheaper home for me and all my neighbors.
Large quantity for trucks, at least 75-100 if everyone plays nice. C-store and cafe inside, in the midst of a slow renovation. C-store is 24 hours, cafe hours are 6 am to 9 pm. People are really nice, prices are reasonable. The only drawbacks are the dirty c-store (due to Reno), and the badly maintained bathrooms. Otherwise, very good hold. If you go to the café, ask for LeeAnne, she's great.
Friendly fast service.
