My family gathered here for lunch. We had a great server he was very respectful and caring. The problems were 1. Our table was disgusting 2. There were many other tables that weren't wiped off after people were sitting at them. 3. The floors were also disgusting they looked like they were not vacuumed 4. I had to return my food after one bite because there was hair in my food absolutely disgusting. I am not sure that I will be returning to this place.

Placed an order of spaghetti and meatballs for pick up 30 minutes before closing. When I got home my pasta wasn’t fully cooked (still hard) and it was served to me dinner dump style as in just dumped into a pizza box with parchment paper to prevent leaking have to say I expected more and am very disappointed. I went there with a small family of four. When we got there and they did not have any kids menus. After we were seated, it took about 10 minutes for them to help us order drinks. It took 10 more minutes for them to help us order food. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our food. The manager did not care or offer any satisfaction. Portions of food were very small. We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Our waitress was very nice, but the food was terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our appetizers and then had to wait even longer for our main course, which arrived over an hour and a half after we were seated. The Mac 'n' cheese had no cheese or flavor, and my husband's burger was well done even though he ordered it medium rare. To make matters worse, we were given to-go cups because all the glasses were dirty. Even dessert was a letdown, as it took 15-20 minutes for a burnt and hard cookie to arrive. We ultimately decided to leave without even trying it. Although the main meals were comped, the overall experience was just awful. It was the longest wait we've ever had for such disappointing food, not to mention the inedible dessert.
