Wendy's - Gilbert

I visited the restaurant with my two kids and unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The cashier at the front did not greet us and it took a while to finalize our order. Our food also took longer than usual to arrive. On top of that, the kids’ meals were not served in the usual kid meal bags, as the cashier informed us they were out of those. The food was left waiting on trays for some time and wasn't hot when we received it. Although it still tasted good, the overall service fell short of my expectations.

I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit, large wedges, fries, and a chocolate frostyccino, and everything was fantastic! The chicken was hot and tender, while the biscuit was soft and flaky. The wedges were warm and had a buttery crunch, perfectly seasoned. The frostyccino was a little watery, but that was likely because much of the sweetness sank to the bottom. Overall, a wonderful meal!

The food was excellent—fresh and delicious! However, the other customers seemed to have a habit of staring rudely. I don’t think I’ll dine here again.

This is a typical Wendy's. I enjoy their hamburgers and the side of chili is usually very good also. Service is just what you expect nowadays

This is by far one of my favorite Wendy's. There was a rude lady a couple times with black hair but I haven't seen her lately. The food at this location just tastes better
