Sushi Rock Grill - Gilbert

I had a great dining experience in a very relaxed atmosphere at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I tried four different sushi rolls and I can't wait to try more. I would highly recommend this place!

We recently had a fantastic dining experience at Sushi Rock Grill. I must commend the exceptional service we received. The staff truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Our server was friendly, fast, and attentive. They even noticed when we had been waiting a bit too long for our drinks and surprised us with miso soup and gyoza. As for the food, it was delicious. The sushi was top-notch, with a perfect balance of price, quality, and portion size. I particularly enjoyed the Arizona roll, which had a great texture and flavor. I can't wait to come back and try more items from the menu. Overall, this is a must-visit restaurant. Don't miss out on the amazing dining experience they offer. And even though there wasn't alcohol available during our visit, they may have it now. I ended my meal with a refreshing cherry ice cream, rounding out a fabulous dining experience. Bravo to Sushi Rock Grill!

The staff at this restaurant were friendly and warm, and my mother and I enjoyed the ambiance of the place. We visited on a busy Wednesday night but didn't have to wait long. We ordered lachs sashimi, the hot night special roll, chicken katsu, and the seafood dynamite. Additionally, we started with edamame and gyoza. The edamame was enjoyable and the gyoza was crispy and delicious. The salmon sashimi was fresh and the hot night roll had just the right amount of spice for me. I loved the eel sauce and spicy mayo topping on it. The chicken katsu was a generous portion that we both enjoyed, and the seafood dynamite was a pleasant surprise that we had never tried before. My favorite dish was the hot night roll. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning for more.

Came because of the 4.8 review and the pictures looked amazing. the thunfish, salmon, yellowtail and eel nigiri. there was much too much rice that had also a strange, type of mud resistant. they also lacked the washabi in the middle. also ordered the arizona roll as it was mentioned in some reviews. we (man i) gave him 6/10. the las vegas roll had too much tear. the creamy albacore roll was just strange and was sent back. the service was amazing. they were packed, but were very attentive. when eating one last time to get out, they brought us free cream cheese competitions that were good. overall was eating blah. the service was great. but we don't want to go back. pics: arizona rolls cream cheese wontons; creamy albacore roll

Wonderful serving Staff, they’re knowledgeable, responsive, clean, and work well as a team. The place is clean and well kept which let’s face it, alot of sushi stops are not. The menu is straight forward, they have great entree and appetizer happy hour specials. The fish is fresh and the soups are solid. The kids meal bento is also a great deal and I’ve been there frequently and never have had a bad experience. Well done and a refreshing restaurant add to South Gilbert.
