Mod Pizza - Gilbert

I was the worst part of this restaurant experience. It was dirty, there was no sign with the open hours, the business seemed like it had never had a deep cleaning, the outdoor terrace was in poor condition, and the young employees and women working there seemed unhappy. At 9 o'clock, there was only one trash can. Poor management was evident throughout. I will not be returning. On the other hand, the location in Quebec is well-maintained. (Date: 4/16/22 Time: 8:30)

I went to pick up my online order at the restaurant last night just before closing. It was really busy due to a last-minute rush, so to make a long story short, my order was wrong. The young man who worked there was excellent and took care of me. The customer service was fantastic and the food was great. I returned today to inform them about the mistake, and they were wonderful. They made me a new pizza with everything I had requested. I always come back to this restaurant because they show that they value their customers and aim to ensure satisfaction. I appreciate their efforts!

I had a really bad experience at this Mod Pizza location. It was the worst pizza I have ever had from here. I will not be coming back. The Mod Pizza on Ellsworth is much better. When I asked for black olives and garlic, I expected a decent amount to cover the entire pizza, not just a few pieces in the center. This is completely unacceptable. If I were a mystery shopper, I would recommend replacing the staff responsible for making this pizza.

We had a nice lunch. the pizza was hot and tasteful (cheese) and it was filled. I love their salads, they can make any of their decisions. no limit! it was fresh and the mini size was large. I can't wait to go back.

The pizza here is always outstanding and it is well worth the price. Never really have to wait long for the food and the staff is so polite and kind.
