Trying to call into this store is a joke .can never get ahold of a person from the store. Unbelievable frustrating
This place was not really what you’d expect from chipotle. The customer service isn’t really customer service, they seem like they are SO rushed to get people in and out, there’s only a few of us in line, why are we being rushed through the line? The amount of “scoops” you get is a joke. Scoops rice, goes for a second taps the spoon until there is nothing on it and pretends to add it to the bowl. They used to have decent portions for the price and I’m not really sure what happened. “Double meat” is not what you’d expect either and man do you pay for it. More than $5 extra for barbacoa? It was thee smallest amount of meat it was comical. For two bowls, a bag of chips and guacamole, one medium drink $40. The bowls would be damn near empty if you hadn’t asked for a little extra. Let’s put the cherry on top, the girl running the register, stop yelling. We’re right in front of you, I’m not sure why you’re screaming. This is honestly why we’ve stopped coming, every time it makes you wanna go less and less. Before this trip it had been over a year…and if I’m being transparent I’m not sure we will go back. Could’ve gone out to an actual restaurant with better service, food, portion size and paid the same price. Wish we would’ve.
Whoever is on shift right now cooked the best chicken i have ever had at ANY chipotle location. Bravo?
Came in last night at about 9pm, one hour before they close to pick up a last minute dinner after returning home from vacation. When I arrived, I had nothing but attitude from the very young employees. About halfway through me getting two meals made, the lady looked up at me and said “by the way, card only and the dining room is closed” in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Unfortunately I did not have my card on me, and I was not told in the beginning of my experience that it was card only and was expecting to pay with cash. After telling her I didn’t have my card on me, she said “I’m sorry I cannot continue without payment” and threw my food away… I told her she should be telling people this BEFORE they start making the meal, and she said “yea sorry, I’ve already counted the money from the night.” I work in restaurant management myself, and I’m very aware that that’s not in any stores policy to count money while guests are still in the restaurant, especially because after I left there, I went to another chipotle and they verified that to be true. This is not the first time I have run into issues at this location. Their staff is extremely underqualified to be working in customer service and do not know how to handle an issue when they arise. Choose another location, this one sucks
