Carl's Jr. - Gilbert

Order two shakes. was almost completely melted in the round two sauces extra cold chocolate milk. we were the only car in the drive through and less than 10 seconds from the order to pay window. employees were abrupt and not friendly I will not be back. this gets 2stars, as they are open and have enough staff to keep to their normal scheduled hours.

My western speck, whatever burger was terrible. flatter than flat bread dryer than the sawara desert. never again will I order from carl jr first and in a long time.

Service sucked got the wrong order dame had the worst service and maintenance cares more about her nails not recommend to come back

Why do they work in almost food if they have no desire to help customers? we went in and immediately all three employees went away from register, then discussed among themselves that would help us. after a few minutes, a hired man helped us out. it took several times to repeat my order so that he entered him, and I told him twice that my order should go. when we received him, my hamburger was wronged. I just didn't want to get dead, no cheese. also my order was put on a tablet, again I told him twice to go. then the hired one single pocket brought me to put my food in. I had three complete food orders and an additional burger. I was handed over a single bag to pack my own food. this place has the boldness to ask a tip when they pay for eating. a tip before I got a real service. this is fast on the hill. their service is terrible, eating wrong, and in my last traveling the place is always empty. probably a lot to do with the placement and service of the employees. I doubt I'll return.

Food was delicious w/it's usual messy CarlsJr way ??? The staff who brought food to table were very polite. Thanks for the nourishment CJRs employees!!
