We arrived (partner food,) we checked the reservation and sat down. We ask from the menu a fabada and risotto of mushrooms, and two singlemillo to the ximenez pedro, of dessert a soft white chocolate cake. the fabada: complete and with fame at its point, of very good drip. risotto mushrooms: meloso and soft plus a good drop alone: perfect in its definition the cake: for me I have color drops but it was soft and rich.

Extraordinary food and excellent service. friendly and sensitive. I'll be back when I come to a gypsy because I think it's the best place.

Classic restaurant with tradition. teñen menu degustación ben conformado. o servizo é excellent: amábel e efectiva. fixemos maridaxe de viños, acaida. place that is worth visiting.

Just the best thing about a jerk, several times I go, never disappoints.

The location is a little out of the way but it is certainly worth the effort to go. We had the “menu degustation “ and each of the 9 dishes (including appetiser) were out of this world, We live in Valencia, home of paella, however the arroz con pulpo was the best rice dish I have ever tasted. Extensive wine list but reasonably priced. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely return.
