Hotel Deutsches Haus - Gifhorn

Beautiful hotel and a suitable restaurant for a small town. the people are very polite and the rooms are really impeccable. the meal was seven out of ten. service quality is very high. I'd stay here again.

With more than 20 people I ordered a lunch buffet. a good advice by chefin made me compile a very good menu order. an early larch soup brought everyone to the tables. after that the buffet was built, 2 chefs were ready to submit the wild boar, the rehkeule, various supplements and seasonal vegetables. important to me is that warm eating comes warm to the hospitable what happened to my satisfaction. the quality also the antipasti as an appetizer and the various small dessert glasses with panna cotta or mousse au chocolate were of very good composition. all were very satisfied with their eating.

Eating was good, personal friendly. you should have a reservation at the weekend. very coveted.

The restaurant is housed in an old department store, which has a gradient to follow. the foods are classic German, portioning and service are i.O.

For me the house lives of the natural hospitality of the owner family. the rooms are clean, in the depandance unusual (more I don't advise) and the breakfast good.
