Badenburg - Gießen

Ordered a chicken salad that was terrible. the few dried chicken strips on the salad stack, swimming in an aqueous gland sauce, saw and lubricated like cold French pommes. I expected more and much less. never again! my last visit was a much better experience. although the service was slow and the waitress was apologised, I tipped them well. she didn't prepare for eating.

We ate a family for a group. there is a beautiful hiking trail on the river below the restaurant for children and buggys. eating is still great and very, very full. the service is super slow but: it has 35 minutes to get our drinks so if low, order them before. I suggest the restaurant management that they need to look into this (the drinks should arrive within 5 minutes after the order.) if the service is great, I would give this experience a 5 start.

What a beautiful place is not so easy to find. they need to book in advance. excellent service, delicious and huge offers. recommend an icy bone or a sleep full of ‘stuff’. good beer and weine. all too low trips. they can end with a...burg spirit (a spirit in flame, while the light is turned off) great experience. good to come back here

Food was amazing. Atmosthere was really perfect. Everything matched. Staff was friendly just if you want to get a table you have to book. If you go there you should try homemade bread and banana bear. I was there once but i'm planning to go...back there again and again when i'll be in Germany.

One of the most severe dinner i had in my life. We had to check out dinner for a later family celebration and ordered some Knochen which means bones with grilled beef on it. i never had such a dry and dusty piece of beef...in my life before. disgusting. Don 't go there. It 's a waste of money. By the way, the staff was friendly but they need to cleanup the furniture.
