Eat'n Park - GIBSONIA

We didn't have to wait until we were sitting. Great, friendly waitress. Three stars because part of my breakfast was cold. Guess the part of the plate wasn't under the heat lamp, but the French toast was still delicious.

We have both dined in here and ordered takeout. All experiences have been wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and hardworking. The food is always great. This is a nice place for dependable food at a great value. The app sure does make it easy to order takeout or use coupons while dining in.

Only one order tonight there was none of them could be fulfilled. Now I have to wait? 3-5 working days to get the $30 I spent back on my card? I visited here at least twice a week, but she? ve unfortunately lost a loyal customer about this debacle. You could not even offer a voucher or make it part of the order, for shame!

Absolutely horrible. The waitress Debra was terrible. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. Waited about 15 mins for our drinks. Then our food came out and there was a hair in my eggs. Our drinks were empty for half of our meal waiting for our waitress to come over. She was too busy talking and filling drinks for her regulars. Unfortunately this is one of the few breakfast places by us so we don't have many options.

Every time my family and I go here, it's a pleasant experience. Regardless of how busy they are, waiting times for your food vary as with any restaurant. All staff are very friendly, which is important to me for my children. breakfast, lunch or dinner; food is always very good.
