This family business is something else... We were served by George, one of the owners, who briefed us on the dishes and suggested wine to match what we ordered. We had the open burger with truffle and the spaghetti with mushroom trilogy. The mushrooms are picked by the family and transformed into a tasty culinary journey. To our great surprise, we learned that the chef studied alongside his mother and after experimenting and testing he came up with the current menu. At first we were treated to an appetizing aromatic bread, prepared by them, with anthotyro, honey and sesame. For dessert at the end, we had cheesecake, also excellent.
