On Saturday, this restaurant visited again with the family and was really disappointed. The ambience had been set up from earlier and was great and the exit was full. Only 3 people were out there to take order, serving order. I had to ask one of them to take over my order. The pizzas served were warm, not hot. I asked for ice cubes that never came. Garlic bread sticks were served when I finished my whole pizzas and cold drinks, which were finally packed by them for home. Had to pick up a bottle of ketchup from another table as we were done in between. Even I had to ask for napkins to wipe the hands after we finished our food. Overall, I felt that the expectation from this outlet should be minimal and you must be satisfied what and how to serve us. A word of caution over management: It is actually our love of pizza that takes us to your place, but my frequency has drastically reduced and please stop taking your customers for granted. I added a third star to this review because the staff smiled all the time.

As you may already be aware, this chain is the oldest in India known for delivering delicious pizzas and a variety of other menu options to satisfy your hunger. The tasty pizzas topped with your favorite toppings will surely brighten your day.

I visit many times in pizza hut and every time i face problem of late service from staff and even for service need to wait for 5-10min after ordering food , like every time food is good , specially pizza because it is full bake...not like of dominos where outer part is not full bake. Improve your quality of service.

This is a multi storey outlet which accepts reservations and is near/ behind Gaur Central mall , raj nagar , ghaziabad. The outlet remain crowded during weekends. We were a family of six and sat in their huge red curved sofas. We opted for arabita...pasta , coke pitcher, couple of lemonades, 2 veg and 2 non veg pizzas( the ones under their 199 per medium pizza deal). The arabita pasta was spicy and didn 't like it at all.You can make a better on at home by simply using the ready made pasta pastes that are available in the market. The pizza 's especially the veg ones were very good. The staff does get a little hassled when it is crowded and you have to put in a lot of effort to catch their attention for simple things like water or tissues. Also they don ' 't bother to serve you nor do they ask if we want to serve ourselves. They quickly come and dump your order and vanish before you can blink and ask them for serving.
