Panera Bread In W - ghamton

I had half an Italiano and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup after a hard day at work, it was savory and delicious, but my sever Keira, really turned my day upside down. Even tho she was clearly very busy, running around doing multiple jobs, she took the time to say hi and ask how my day was and make sure everything was made perfect.

Great customer service but wth happened to the cinnamon rolls? The one I had was stale and awful!!! They used to have fresh giant ones that were soft and delicious. The ones now are hockey pucks! Not good at all. Coffee was great though.

I typically like Panera and this location is actually very nice. Unfortunately, they decided to change their menu recently and it was not for the best. Today my kid had a child’s turkey that he refused to eat and I got the new Chicken Bacon Rancher. This thing was bread, dry chicken and. Bottle of ranch dressing. Very disappointed

This place is terrible needs to be reported to the BBB they also fired me during the week of my family members passing send schedules out with no date and expect you pull the dates out your a only work here if you have no aspirations of doing nothing in life but meandering around aimlessly for them at the drop of the dime and the manager at this current moment is cruel and lacks compassion all of that for little to no money complete waste of time….I truly understand now that as an employee you do not matter lawsuit Loading………

Bad customer services, I was waiting at the register no one was there. I order a meals I didn’t want a side , I was told my choice is not taking the side and still pay the same price , call manager Spanish lady, she didn’t even listen to me her answer was no . Poor customer service I highly don’t recommend this place. At Panera bread people expect to get good customer and experience management
